Tamara has been teaching bread making for over 30 years and her knowledge and precious French made starter will see you baking like a pro in no time.

This one-day class includes everything you need to know to care for your starter, learn about appropriate flour and other ingredients and build confidence to create your own recipes.

During the class, we will make and taste wonderful loaves, croissants, focaccia and flatbreads as well as a range of wonderful ideas to use up the ‘discard’ from your sourdough starter. Enjoy a fabulous lunch with local wines and a generous cheese tasting as well as tea and coffee all day.
