Tamara will teach the novice everything needed to start their cheesemaking journey. Tamara trained in France and is the founder of BoatShed Cheese – an award winning local cheese producer so you will enjoy learning from all the tips and tricks from a cheese professional.
Lots of information, recipes and guidance will be shared and you’ll make your own fabulous French brie to take home and mature, plus we will learn to make a range of goat cheeses and a whole milk ricotta – all of which you’ll take home.
Enjoy a fabulous lunch with local wines and generous cheese tasting and take your recipes and notes home in a presentation folder.
